Ethan Daniel Levy
Ethan Daniel Levy (born March 4, 1991)〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.imdb.com/name/nm7025724/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1 )〕 is an American actor.
==Early life==
Ethan was born in Brooklyn, New York. He is the middle of three children. Son of Mona, a Special Education Teacher, and graduate of Brooklyn College, and Kurt, a Systems Analyst, Math Teacher, and graduate of both New York University and Cornell University. At seven years old, he made the move with his family to New Jersey where he attended West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South. Throughout his younger years, Ethan played Baseball and Football competitively. Ethan first discovered his fascination with acting when he took an interest in his sister's production of Sherlock Holmes (play) in Middle School. Unfortunately, they did not allow first year students to audition, so he decided to join stage crew to soak up everything he could. The next year, Levy had the opportunity to audition and was cast in leading roles the next two years of middle school. Ethan was also an active member in his school's Television Production program where he was honored during his school's "Cameo Awards", their version of the Academy Awards. He walked away with three. Moving up to High School, Levy received a leading role his freshman year in a production of Fools (play), a comic fable by Neil Simon. He continued performing in his school's musicals and plays. He was actively involved in his school's organization, "Pirate Players", where selected actors from the school would travel to other schools in the district to perform plays dealing with subject matter such as school violence, bullying, and eating disorders. His senior year of high school he received an honorary scholarship from George Street Playhouse and was voted "Most Likely To Become a Movie Star" by his Senior Class in the school's Yearbook.
Levy's parents encouraged Ethan to pursue a career other than acting in college. Ethan attended Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey where he was pursuing a degree in Filmmaking. He later convinced his parents to allow him to audition for an acting program within proximity from home. The only program remotely close, which he was unfamiliar with it at the time, was Rider University. He received his degree in acting at Rider.
